With 27 year’s experience in developing people, leaders and businesses, I give my clients access to a wealth of resources and success solutions.

I have worked extensively with executive teams and leaders, enabling them as individuals and as teams to identify their unique strengths and personal genius to achieve organisational goals.

As an experienced leadership facilitator, I design leadership development programs incorporating Executive and Leadership Coaching.

My mission is to cultivate positive workplaces that are brimming with passionate, engaged, and connected individuals who genuinely enjoy their work and are committed to their purpose. I am truly passionate about helping leaders understand their strengths and guiding them to lead from within, transforming their teams and organizations along the way.
